FORTIA

Fortia (2019) is a love story. High drama and high intensity, the theatrical duet begins abruptly and ends without clear resolve. Originally performed outdoors in a courtyard, the piece describes loud attraction and dramatic tension. Fortia was presented at EDANCO Festival Internacional de Danza Contemporánea 2019, but was first rehearsed and performed at the American Dance Festival where the two performers met.
